Uno scienziato pazzo impianta il cervello di Michael, uno studente liceale assassinato, in un Tirannosauro robot da lui messo a punto con tecniche segrete. Il bestione però scappa e per prima cosa si vendica dei suoi (di Michael) uccisori. Quindi, in compagnia di Tammy, la fidanzatina che l'ha riconosciuto anche sotto le nuove incredibili sembianze, si mette a cercare un "contenitore" più adatto per il suo cervello. Naturalmente cercando di evitare lo scienziato e la polizia che si sono messe sulle loro tracce.
